Contrade Project

Thanks to Cos experience, Contrade has taken shape with a plan: to trasmitt the link between terroir and wine. Noble lands, autoctonus vineyards. Vine chosen for their quality and "diversity". One vine for one wine. A special route which obligates to a greater rigor in all phases of the work. But it is a choise of indipendence from the facilities of the new production processes.

Dedalo and Labirinto (Labyrinth), are the cru of Contrade, sons of the selection process of an autochthonous vine of Sicily. Nero d'Avola made in purity. Wines whose personality expresses enterely the terroir and its minerality, giving deep, polyphonic, complete feelings.
