Our wines

"First, we were interested to understand how the land minerality influenced the vine. To bet only on the vine can be dangerous, because it changes often, but not the soil!

All wines are originated from the esclusive selection of our grapes, harvested in two time in order to obtain the maximum result from differentiated maturations. Soft pigeage, controlled temperature of fermentation, ageing in barrique ( our barrel-room consumes 15 hectoliters of wine because of evaporation per year!)
